These terms describe the purchase of Letras del Camino digital products through Etsy and their subsequent use. They are supplemented by the product listing and the information shown before the order is confirmed. They do not reduce consumers’ statutory rights.
1. Seller identification
The seller of Letras del Camino’s own products is Vicente Soler, Spanish ID (DNI) 20465285T, with address at Calle Tosquella 65, 1º, Castelló de la Plana, Spain. Email: info@letrasdelcamino.com.
Etsy provides the purchasing platform and related services. Payment management through Etsy does not remove the seller’s responsibilities for the products offered.
2. Products included and formats
The catalogue may include guided journals, prompts, add-ons, templates and other digital resources. Each listing specifies the language, format, content and included modes of use.
Where the offer includes both a PDF and an app version, the purchase includes both as described. Buying one product does not include every product or language in the catalogue. Digital products do not include shipment of a physical item unless an offer expressly states otherwise.
The free Personal Journal is activated from the application itself and does not require a newsletter subscription or purchase.
3. Price, payment and confirmation
The purchase is completed on Etsy. Before confirming it, review the product, language, total amount, currency, taxes and terms shown by the platform. Payment methods and order confirmation are managed there.
The letrasdelcamino.com website acts as a presentation and catalogue; it does not process payment for these products. Keep the confirmation and order number to manage downloads, activation or support.
4. Delivery of files
Etsy makes the digital files corresponding to the purchase available according to the process shown in the order. If you purchased as a guest, follow the instructions in the confirmation email. Availability may depend on payment confirmation and the platform.
If a file does not appear, cannot be downloaded or belongs to a different product, contact us through the Etsy order or by email. We will provide the appropriate support to resolve the issue.
5. Activating the app version
- Open or install Letras del Camino using the link provided.
- Create an account or sign in.
- Open “Activate product”.
- Enter the Etsy order number.
- The system checks payment and the products in the order and links the applicable ones to your account.
The order number can be found under “Your account → Purchases and reviews → View receipt” or in Etsy’s email if you purchased as a guest. Do not use someone else’s order or publish your number together with access details.
The application manages the keys and rights required for activation. This check does not require you to send your writings or personal key to support. If there is an issue, we will need the order number and affected product, not the journal content.
6. Requirements and compatibility
PDFs require a compatible reader and, if you wish to print them, suitable printing facilities. The app uses browser and local-storage technologies; PWA installation and local-folder functions may vary by device.
Initial activation, product downloads, access checks, updates and Drive require a connection when they are performed. Google Drive is optional and depends on a Google account, authorisation and available storage. Its use is subject to Google’s terms.
If a technical limitation is essential for a product, it should be disclosed before purchase. If you are unsure about a device, you can ask before buying. Universal compatibility with every old device or browser should not be assumed.
7. Licence and devices
The purchase grants a personal-use licence for the product, with the rights and limits stated in the offer. You may download and use PDFs for their personal purpose and make authorised personal printouts. Intellectual property in the material is not transferred.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share or otherwise make available to third parties the files, paid content or activation codes. Applicable device limits must be consistent with the information in the offer. If you have an issue after replacing a device, contact us so access can be reviewed.
The texts, photographs and answers you create remain yours. A copy of that content does not grant licences, replace an order or activate products in an account that has no right to them.
8. Retention, updates and continuity
Keep the downloaded files and an encrypted backup of your writings if you want to preserve them. Support does not hold your private journals and cannot recover them. The purchase concerns the content and terms advertised; it does not automatically provide access to every future product.
Updates required to maintain conformity and security of the content or service will be governed by applicable law and what was purchased. An update will not impose retroactive restrictions incompatible with what was acquired. The duration of supply or access will be the one stated in the offer; this text does not add an unannounced expiry period.
9. Right of withdrawal
Where the distance-contracting rules for consumers apply, there is a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period from conclusion of the digital-content contract, unless a valid legal exception applies.
For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, loss of the withdrawal right after supply begins requires the legal conditions to be met: prior consent to begin during that period, acknowledgement of the loss of the right and the corresponding contractual confirmation. The fact that a product is digital does not by itself remove the right.
Where withdrawal applies, you may communicate it by an unequivocal statement to info@letrasdelcamino.com or through the order communication channel. Identify the order and your decision. Amounts legally due will be refunded without undue delay and within the applicable period, normally 14 days from the notice, using the corresponding payment method unless another valid arrangement is agreed.
10. Optional withdrawal notice template

This template is optional and is used where the right of withdrawal applies. Do not include personal keys or private writings.
11. Issues, statutory guarantee and refunds
If the product does not match what was advertised, is defective or cannot be accessed because of a supply issue, let us know. Rights to have the product brought into conformity, receive a price reduction, terminate the contract or obtain a refund will be handled as required by applicable law and the circumstances.
A valid exception to the withdrawal right does not remove rights arising from lack of conformity. Etsy’s or the seller’s terms cannot override mandatory consumer rights.
For a duplicate purchase or activation issue, contact us with the order number so the case can be reviewed. Support will not request the private content of your journal.
12. Data protection
Etsy processes the data required for its purchasing platform and the seller processes the data required for the sale, activation, support and legal obligations. The app account and newsletter are separate services. Buying a product does not automatically subscribe you to commercial emails.
Private journals are stored on the device and, if you choose, in encrypted external backups. The privacy policy explains purposes, recipients, retention and rights.
13. Complaints and applicable law
You can submit a complaint by email to info@letrasdelcamino.com or through the Etsy order. The complaint will be handled within the applicable legal period. Etsy’s help procedures are additional to the legal remedies available.
Applicable Spanish and European law applies without depriving you of the mandatory protection of your country of residence where applicable. The competent courts will be those determined by law. These terms do not state participation in any specific arbitration scheme.
14. Applicable version
The purchase is governed by the information and terms communicated before contracting and by applicable law. A later revision of this page does not retroactively change the content of your order or remove acquired rights.
15. Discontinuation of the business
If Letras del Camino permanently ceases trading, reasonable efforts will be made to inform users in advance where circumstances allow and, insofar as technically possible, to facilitate the download of purchased files and the steps needed to preserve access to products already bought.
Discontinuation of the business does not retroactively alter the terms of a purchase or remove consumers’ statutory rights. Where a function necessarily depends on servers, online verification or third-party services, its continued availability may be affected by closure, without prejudice to any remedies or rights available under applicable law.
