2. Purpose and scope of the site
Letras del Camino is a journaling, writing and personal reflection project. It includes a public website with articles and product pages, a voluntary newsletter, an application, and digital content such as guided journals, add-ons, templates and resources.
This legal notice governs the general information and use of the website. The operation of the app is set out in the Terms of Use; purchases are covered by the Purchase Terms; and personal information processing is covered by the Privacy and Cookies policies.
3. Access to and use of the website
General browsing of the site does not require creating an app account. Users must use the site lawfully and respectfully, avoiding interference, unauthorized access, abusive extraction of information or actions compromising security.
Browsing does not constitute a newsletter subscription or authorize commercial communications. Nor does it allow access to other people’s private content.
4. Editorial and health information
Articles and exercises serve informational, creative and reflective purposes. They may be updated, corrected or withdrawn for editorial reasons. They do not constitute diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy or individual healthcare advice and do not replace qualified professional care.
Website and product content does not guarantee specific personal results. If you need professional or urgent help, use the appropriate services.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The brand, design, code, editorial texts, photographs, journals, templates and proprietary resources are protected by corresponding rights. Third-party materials retain their licences and ownership.
Access does not transfer exploitation rights. Purchased products may be used under their purchase licence, including personal use and printing of PDFs where intended. Redistribution, resale or publication without authorization is prohibited except as permitted by law.
Texts, photographs and answers created in personal journals remain the user’s. Use of the application does not grant publication rights to the site owner.
Third-party typefaces. Letras del Camino uses Cinzel and Cardo, distributed under SIL Open Font License 1.1. Fonts are integrated locally into the app without connecting to external font services, with copyright and licence information retained with the software.
6. Catalogue and purchases on Etsy
The website displays products and links to Etsy for purchases and payments. WordPress and WooCommerce manage the website and catalogue; direct website checkout is not currently offered.
The Etsy listing and order confirmation specify format, language, contents, price and access included. Where app access is included, follow the supplied activation instructions and order verification.
Using Etsy does not remove Letras del Camino’s seller obligations or the buyer’s statutory rights.
7. Newsletter and contact
Newsletter subscriptions are requested and confirmed voluntarily through Letras del Camino’s own WordPress subscription forms, with language-specific lists. Confirmation helps establish the request and prevent unauthorized sign-ups. Receiving the newsletter is not required to use the app or activate the free Personal Journal. Messages provide an unsubscribe mechanism; you may also request removal at info@letrasdelcamino.com. The processing of addresses, subscription status and consent records is described in the Privacy Policy.
Enquiries are handled by email at info@letrasdelcamino.com. The site currently offers neither open comments nor a community publishing area. Private app journals are not public posts.
8. Links and external services
The website, app, PDFs and other digital content may link to Etsy, Google, social networks and other external resources. Following a link may take you to another service with its own conditions and data practices. A link does not imply control over its availability or content.
Reference to third parties does not remove the owner’s responsibilities or legally non-excludable liability.
9. Operation, security and liability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the site and services available and remedy incidents. Maintenance, technical faults, connectivity and external providers may cause interruptions. Applicable obligations will be respected.
Users should secure their devices and report unauthorized access. Nothing excludes enforceable liability or limits consumer rights.
10. Privacy and storage
Web hosting and email services are provided through Loading. The subscription system is integrated into WordPress and Koko Analytics handles browsing statistics as described in the Cookies Policy. Private journals follow the local encrypted-data model detailed in the Privacy Policy. Technical hosting and email transport providers may be involved in delivering these services.
11. Changes, complaints and applicable law
This notice may be updated to reflect actual service or legal changes, without retroactively reducing rights from completed purchases.
